Art Of Human Behaviour!!!

Personality shows what we are outside or what we are to the world, Character reveals what we are inside. As these are directly related to a person’s attitude and behaviour, most people get confused between these two easily.

We all are same in many ways like we all have got the same human body, nature, feelings, mind and so on. But if we observe deeply we will find that every human being has certain different traits and habits that make him/her unique. It is a fact that two persons can never be exactly identical to each other, even if we talk about twins, they also differ more or less in their perception, hobbies, mood, nature, etc.

Human behaviour changes according to mood. Mood swing comes with many things which may happen to us during day to day working which can make us sometimes rude, happy, sad, etc. it affect us emotionally as well as mentally. We should not let our mood swings to affect our lives. We should try to be happy in every situation, but it is not possible every time.

We are our own enemy, yes! Sometimes we do many things which are unintentionally done by us which also harm us or create a bad feeling within us. For this we should first FEEL it, then THINK it and then we should ACT.

Some Stories create Emotions!!!
Emotions create certain Thoughts!!!
Thoughts drive our Actions!!!
Actions again affect our Emotions!!!

And this Cycle goes on, but we should try to keep this cycle in a proper working way.

For this we can do things which would give us peace.

We all want peace of mind but have no clue how to find it. The keys to peace of mind involve centering ourself, cutting out the noise from the world (such as the news, doom and gloom), not comparing to others and finding our own path. What do we want to achieve during our time here on earth? What is important to us and are we getting time to tend to what is important to us? When we dilute our focus by allowing too much influence from outside, we lose our way and our chance for peace of mind.

We all have a fear of something. It could be an irrational fear such as a phobia of spiders or it could be a fear of being alone. Fear paralyses us and promotes wasted opportunities. Often, the fear is worse than the event but for those who give in to the imagine fear, the battle is won and the fear remains in place.

Many of us experience times when we feel alone and misunderstood. We feel that we are somehow different to the billions of others on the planet. We are set apart. The truth is we are never alone, there will undoubtedly be someone, somewhere who feels the same as you. Others get you more than you think. There is an underlying universal understanding that exists, that keeps us all connected.
